As Senior Social Media Manager at Gold Flora, I led all social media and online customer engagement initiatives across sixteen retail locations, four in-house brands, and corporate channels. Collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in retail, sales, and manufacturing, I drove the development and execution of multi-platform content strategies and high-impact campaigns that elevated brand visibility and maximized audience engagement.

I played a pivotal role in brand and product launches, managing digital marketing efforts, consumer education, and strengthening third-party partnerships. Additionally, I created and executed internal recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and positive sentiment.

    - Achieved a 961% increase in organic impressions and a 374% rise in profile visits on Instagram.

    - Took over the content strategy and management of a brand account, boosting following by 65.6% within 30 days.

    - Increased corporate social media profiles (LinkedIn and Twitter) following by 283.3% over six months.

    - Led user-generated content campaigns in collaboration with customers, influencers, and third-party partners, resulting in a 361% increase in engagement and establishing the brand as the fastest-growing in its category across California.

    - Created go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product and brand communications, consumer education, and event activations, including a launch campaign that generated 348K plays, 1.7K organic shares, and 95.7K replays.
