The corporate social strategy I created for Curaleaf transformed its Twitter and LinkedIn presence by prioritizing transparency, cohesive messaging, high-quality content, and streamlined processes that maximized engagement and performance metrics.

Within cannabis, and especially for larger corporations, many do not show cultivation practices, employee stories, or provide insight into how their products, retail locations, or business goals differ from other companies.

Through a clear content timeline and strategic storytelling, I delivered a 53.2% increase in audience engagement and a 10.8% growth in followers, establishing Curaleaf as a thought leader in the cannabis industry.

In addition to managing corporate profiles, I led social media efforts for Curaleaf's CEO and Executive Chairman, amplifying their reach and positioning them as industry leaders. Cross-promoting these profiles with Curaleaf's corporate accounts further solidified Curaleaf’s reputation as an innovative and trusted voice in the cannabis space, raising positive sentiment across consumers, followers, and shareholders by 4% quarter-over-quarter.
