Kings Garden’s social strategy was unique as the brand voice and content was from a cultivator’s point of view, highlighting advanced cultivation processes, research and development and education.
To maximize connection with consumers and stand out from competitors, I adapted a content format of showcasing why the company's product was of premium quality over simply claiming so. Creating content that focused on Kings Garden’s scale, quality and innovation led to a 100k follower gain on Instagram and 22K on TikTok organically through authentically connecting, providing education and a look into one of the largest cultivation facilities in California to a wide range of consumers.
At the time, Kings Garden was the first to implement content that showed the behind the scenes of large scale cultivation facilities, from a point of view perspective, and prioritizing community engagement with quick responses, which assisted with generating a 157% increase in daily interactions.
