Content Development

As part of the Kings Garden social strategy through the brand voice and of the persona of a cultivator, I prioritized point-of-view content, highlighting quality, operational scale, and lifestyle imagery, targeting casual and sophisticated consumers (predominantly male, ages 25-45), and B2B audiences (retailers and white-label partners).

I worked directly with the VP of Cultivation and extraction lab team leads to develop, shoot and upload content inline with harvest and production schedules, sales teams to ensure social content was featuring available products and the co-founder and CMO to approve content, copy, partnerships and campaigns.

Social Media Team & Community Engagement

Community engagement was a key driver behind Kings Garden’s 100K+ follower growth and a 157% increase in daily interactions. By prioritizing authentic connections, I focused on timely responses, meaningful interactions, and consistently elevating positive posts through daily story reposts, fostering trust and loyalty with our audience.

I developed comprehensive customer service and community engagement SOPs, addressing commonly asked questions and scenarios to significantly reduce response times. Additionally, I implemented weekly community management development sessions, integrating insights and content suggestions from the social media team into the brand’s social calendars to create a cohesive and audience-focused strategy.
