At Curaleaf, I was Senior Social Media Manager of Corporate Communications; I led global corporate and executive social strategy and management and oversaw external agency partners, working closely with the internal PR team to ensure a cohesive and influential brand voice across all external and internal communications.
I developed and executed comprehensive social listening frameworks and strategies, leveraging analytical tools like Meltwater alongside manual insights to deliver actionable consumer intelligence. These insights informed strategic decision-making for PR, Sales, Marketing, and the executive leadership team, driving the development of organization-wide consumer outreach and education initiatives.
To measure performance and guide strategic direction, I designed and delivered customized KPI reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for the executive team. Additionally, I provided real-time crisis monitoring and reporting, presenting data-driven recommendations to navigate high-stakes scenarios effectively.
